  • When will I receive my order?

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 1 - 3 business days. You will then receive an email with full tracking information. You can expect your order to arrive between 4 - 14 bussiness days in the United States and between 7 - 14 days in Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zeland. For Rest of the World it takes between 12 - 20 business working days on average, depending on your country or region.   

  • How do I track my order?

All our customers will receive an email with a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. Please check your Spam/Junk folder for your tracking email. If you are still unable to locate this anywhere you are welcome to contact us by emailing to receive your tracking number.

  • Where do you ship from?

We currently ship from North America, Europe and Asia. We use the most convenient warehouse to optimize shipping time.

  • What is the Shipping Policy?

We proudly offer Free shipping* with Free track services to all our customers worldwide. Free shipping offer won’t be applied with our Free Product plus Shipping offer promotions when our customer pays only for the shipping cost and we send the item for free. 

  • What do I do if I messed up my delivery address?

Not to worry, as long as you reach out to us immediately regarding the error in your address, we would be more than happy to change it for you. Just email us your full, correct address along with your order number and we would update your details for you.

  • Change of address after receiving confirmation of shipping

Under our terms & conditions, once an order has been sent out from our warehouse, any changes to the order cannot be made and is the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • What is the Return Policy?

Returns are accepted as long as they do not exceed 7 days of the customer receiving the item. However, items must be in an unused condition and in their original packaging incluiding the tags. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criterion.
The return postage should be paid by the customer and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered. Please contact us before sending it back.
